Nicole A.

I have been employed at Vital Decisions since 2013, and have been in a few different roles here. I began here as a Specialist, spent a couple years building up the Quality Department, and now I have returned to working directly with clients. I enjoy getting to speak to so many different people each day. My main focus in my work with my clients is to make sure that they know they have a voice when it comes to medical decisions, and allowing their families to feel as prepared as possible for any emergency that could come up. I attended Rutgers University where I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology, and my Master’s degree in Social Work. I spent a few years working in an acute care hospital focusing most on substance abuse with a mental health diagnosis.
