I have been at Vital Decisions since 2018. My deep passion for this work resonates in every call, every conversation and with every client. Every day I have the privilege of partnering with clients and their families, understanding who they are, what they value most and thinking through how to best insure their uniquely individual priorities are best reflected in all care decisions. I hope to provide a safe space for you to share your personal journey, finding peace and empowerment with the confidence that you are the one in control of your medical pathways. After a career in senior management, I returned to school and earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. As a Licensed Social Worker, I have worked with clients and families during challenging medical situations for over 15 years, (hospice care, oncology unit hospitalization and private practice).
