Since joining Vital Decisions in 2016, I have had the privilege to “meet” so many diverse, interesting and resilient people at all different points in their health journey. It is an honor when they take the time to share their stories with me. My goal is to provide a safe space to think through what is most important to you and how to stay true to yourself as you navigate changes in your health. Working at Vital Decisions has also helped me to start these important conversations in my own family because I have seen what a difference it can make when everyone is clear on your preferences. I graduated from Montclair State University in 2011 with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a concentration in working with the Latino families experiencing mental illness. I have also worked as a mental health clinician providing individual, group and family therapy to children and families facing trauma, abuse, emotional and behavioral difficulties.
