I have been at Vital Decisions since 2019. What I value about my role is that I have the opportunity to support people when they feel all alone in the world.  That I get to learn from their life experiences and values. I hope to provide you with a safe place to talk about your goals and to empower you to live the life you want to live, on your terms. I benefit personally from this work, as I have had some challenging health conditions that have made me reflect on the strength and inspiration of the clients I work with. After graduating with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University, I worked as a marriage and family therapy associate, as a private practice therapist, and a crisis counselor/clinic therapist.
