Chief Operations Officer

A strategic change management leader, business executive, and licensed clinical social worker, Tracy has operational oversight for all of Vital Decisions’ programs and  services, all aspects of people operations and corporate culture at Vital Decisions. Her fantastic team includes senior leaders of HR/People, Clinical Program Development, Clinical/Business Operations, Learning and Development, and Quality. Tracy joined Vital Decisions in 2015, bringing 20+ years of leadership in behavioral healthcare organizations across the spectrum of care. Most recently she has served as Chief Clinical Officer at Vital Decisions. Prior to joining Vital Decisions, Tracy was the Executive Director of Behavioral Health at Green Tree School and Services, a community based organization in Philadelphia. She is a former Vice President of the board of directors at Family Health Center, a federally qualified community health center in Worcester, MA and is an active member of Social Work Hospice and Palliative Care Network (SWHPN) and the Massachusetts Coalition for Serious Illness Care.

Tracy earned a Master’s degree in Positive Organizational Change and Development from Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, Ohio,  a Master’s degree in  Clinical Social Work from Salem State University, in Salem, Massachusetts and certificate in Developing Emotional Intelligence in Leaders from Case Western Reserve University.  Her inspiration for service and leadership comes from Maya Angelo who aptly said, “People will forget what you said. They will forget what you did. But they will never forget how you made them feel.” Tracy is also a caregiver for her father who is living with advanced CHF. Tracy lives in the greater Philadelphia area where she enjoys hiking and all things outdoors with her family and dog.
